Says he didn't do it...
TMZ reports that Kevin Federline is claiming he didn't destroy the Tarzana, CA mansion he is being sued over, but that flying golf balls did.
Federline is being sued by a man named Joseph Malek for $110,000. Malek claims Federline rented his Tarzana, CA mansion in 2008 and proceeded to trash the place and then not pay for the rent or damages.
Federline claims the damages to the home were "actually due to normal wear and tear, and other damages were caused by GOLF BALLS hitting the property."
Federline also claims he made a verbal deal with Malek in 2009 for any missed back-rent in the amount of $60,000 and let Malek keep the entire security deposit. Federline believes the 2009 deal "acts as full satisfaction and discharge of these disputes."
K-Fed is hoping to recover his attorney fees and be awarded statutory damages and twice the amount of his security deposit from the case.
